What’s Included & How Much Will It COST?

  • Powerful Time with God – Morning & evening worship, ministry from our special Guest Speaker, plus a Kids’ Morning Program for ages 3–11.

  • Meals – Wednesday evening hot dog roast, catered 3 meals on Thursday & Friday with afternoon coffee breaks and late-night snacks, and 2 meals on Saturday. Allergies (not preferences) will be accommodated if noted on your registration.

  • Fun & Activities – Mini-golf, volleyball, basketball, gym facility, beach, and inter-generational team relays after lunch on Thursday & Friday, Youth/Young Adult late-night fireside/activities! (Canoeing is only available for an additional fee.)

  • Great Facilities – Indoor dining hall, comfortable tabernacle, clean accommodations & washrooms with hot showers!

COST: Registration Fee + Add-On Accommodation/night = Total Cost
*Note: Despite rising costs, CCC subsidizes part of all Camp fees to bless you and keep Camp as affordable as possible.

Which rate is right for me: Family OR Individual?

  1. Married couples without children or an Adult with only 1 child save $ by registering as INDIVIDUALS.

  2. FAMILY RATE - Limited to married couples with their children (under 18 yr old or full-time students).

    • MUST be immediate family currently living together to qualify

    • ADULT CHILDREN over 18, non-students, must register separately as an INDIVIDUAL

    • IMPORTANT: Register each family member as additional 'Attendees' at time of online FAMILY registration. Discount is calculated at Check-out.

General ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

On-Site ACCOMMODATIONS MUST be booked as an ADD-ON cost to your camp registration fee. DETAILS HERE

Off-site accommodations & private Sunset Point CABINS MUST be booked on your own. Call the Church office (Tues-Fri. 9-4pm) for a listing of private Cabin options. 780-472-2700

Family and Friend Group

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. First Adult Registers: The first adult to register should select & reserve the accommodation for their family/group.

  2. One Accommodation Add-On per Registration: Avoid being overcharged by reserving just one Family Room, Elim Room or Campsite per family/group per night.

  3. Special Case for Students (13+):

    • If a parent wants their student to stay in a “Guys” or “Gals” room with friends instead of the Family Room, Add-On this accommodation choice under the teen’s name for the additional charge.

    • As long as they are registered with their family at the Family rate, they still receive the Family Rate.
